The NZ Land Index — coming soon

Every quarter we publish the NZ Land Index: the median price per square metre of residential sections by region, computed from the listings and offers that actually move through this marketplace — not from asking-price scrapes or anecdotes. Because the Index is built on real supply and real demand, it only becomes meaningful once enough sections have traded through Section Shop. The first edition is in the works; register and we'll send it to you the day it lands.
