Licensed agency

Section Shop is operated under James Law Realty Limited, a licensed real estate agent under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008 (REAA). The REAA establishes professional standards, a complaints process, and consumer protections for real estate transactions in New Zealand.

The Real Estate Authority (REA) publishes independent information for buyers and sellers, including the approved guide you should receive before signing an agency agreement or sale and purchase agreement. You'll find it at rea.govt.nz.
